For the candy lover looking for a little more, upgrade your lane tour of the Jelly Belly Factory and book a personal guide for you or your group! If you're looking for a more personal touch for your tour experience, this is for you! Our personal guided lane tours leave at 10am, 11:30am, 1pm and 2:30pm, 7 days a week (times may be limited during holiday periods or high traffic seasons). Bypass the line and make your way above our factory with one of our experienced tour guides. Participants will be given a Jelly Belly paper hat (or a hairnet, upon request) before heading into the factory tour lane. What will you see while on your guided tour? During the 1/4 mile long walk of the tour lane, your personal guide will be there to answer questions, and take you through the process of making our world famous Jelly Belly jelly beans! At the end of the tour, which can take up to 45 minutes, visitors will receive a discount on a souvenir photo, and a discount card for shopping in the retail store. There are currently no walk-in purchases available for the Personal Self Guided Tour Experience. There are no age restrictions for a Personal Guided Tour Experience. A paid adult guardian/parent MUST attend with any/all minors.The tour lane is wheelchair accessible. There is no eating or drinking permitted on the tour lane. Guests may take photos or record video during the tour, however, flash photography is prohibited. This is a walking tour along an elevated 1/4 mile long tour lane. Please be advised that there are no restrooms on the tour lane. The temperature can vary at different points of the tour, with some areas warmer than others. The Jelly Belly factory operates on a Monday - Friday schedule. There is no factory production on weekends, certain holidays and scheduled maintenance shut down periods. What are the Jelly Belly Personal Guided Tour times? a. Standard tour times are 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm and 2:30pm. Times may be limited during holiday periods or high traffic seasons. 2. Is the tour available on weekends? a. Yes, the tour is available on weekends, however, there is no factory production during that time. In addition, there may be limited/no production during certain holidays and maintenance shut down periods. 3. How many people may we have in our group? a. Tours are limited to 6 people per group. Price remains the same for groups of 1 - 6 people, regardless of age. Groups cannot exceed more than 6 people. 4. What age requirements are there for the Personal Guided Tour Experience? a. There are no age requirements for this tour. 5. How much is the Personal Guided Tour Experience? a. The tour is $39.00 (excludes fees from ticket provider). Price remains the same for groups of 1 - 6 people, regardless of age. 6. Is the tour private? a. While this is considered an exclusive, private tour, you will be on a public tour lane with other guests. Please be advised that you may be surrounded by small or large crowds of people. Your tour guide will give you their undivided attention for the duration of your tour and be sure you do not miss out on the interactive elements along the way. 7. How long is the tour? a. Tours are between 40-45 minutes long. Please plan accordingly. 8. Is the tour wheelchair accessible? a. Yes. Our tour lane has been designed to be ADA compliant. Wheelchairs or other man-powered devices are acceptable. Jelly Belly does not provide wheelchairs. 9. Where do I check in for the Personal Guided Tour Experience? a. Please check in for your tour at the Information Booth located just inside the main entrance of the Visitor Center. 10. How far in advance can I book my tour? a. Available tour dates and times are listed 4 - 6 weeks in advance. 11. What medical restrictions should I be aware of? a. People with severe food allergies to tree nuts, sugar, and corn may want to avoid the tour, as there may be airborne tree nut, sugar and cornstarch particulates. Please be aware that this plant processes tree nuts. Portions of the tour will also expose guests to high temperatures; those sensitive to heat should be aware of this and plan accordingly. 12. If I am traveling with a pet, what are my options? a. Pets, other than guide dogs, are not allowed in the Visitor Center. Please DO NOT leave pets in vehicles unattended. 13. What happens if I am running late? a. Tours will leave precisely at their scheduled time so as not to push back other tours scheduled that day. Should you or your group show up late, it may impact the length of your tour as the guide will be needed to give the next tour precisely on the hour. Please call the Visitor Center Information Booth at 707-399-2286 if you are running behind. We cannot guarantee an accommodation due to tardiness and therefore this may result in cancellation without a refund. Please plan accordingly and allow plenty of time for travel. 14. How early should I arrive? a. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.
